বাংলাদেশ জামায়াতে ইসলামীর নোয়াখালী জেলা সেক্রেটারি মাওলানা বোরহান উদ্দিন বলেছেন, শেখ হাসিনা যখন বুঝতে পেরেছে আর বেশি দিন ক্ষমতা নেই, তখন মাওলানা দেলাওয়ার হোসাইন সাঈদীকে সুস্থ অবস্থায় জেল থেকে হাসপাতালে এনে ইনজেকশন দিয়ে পরিকল্পিতভাবে হত্যা করেছে।
আজ মঙ্গলবার নোয়াখালীর চাটখিল উপজেলার পাঁচগাঁও ইউনিয়নের কাচারী বাজারে অনুষ্ঠিত কর্মী সম্মেলনে প্রধান অতিথির বক্তব্যে তিনি এ মন্তব্য করেন।
মাওলানা বোরহান উদ্দিন বলেন, হাসিনা জামায়াতকে টার্গেট করেছিল। কারণ হাসিনা বুঝতে পেরেছিল যে, জামায়াত এই দেশে কাজ করলে হাসিনার দেশবিরোধী কাজ এ দেশে টিকবে না। ভারত ও শেখ হাসিনার পরিকল্পনায় জামায়াত নেতাদের হত্যা করা হয়েছে।
তিনি আরও বলেন, বর্তমান সরকার ফ্যাসিস্টদের বিরুদ্ধে কিছু করতে গেলে কারও কারও মায়াকান্না হয়। এই দেশকে নতুনভাবে তৈরি করতে পরীক্ষিত দেশপ্রেমিকদের ক্ষমতায় বসাতে হবে। পরীক্ষিত সেই দেশপ্রেমিক হচ্ছে বাংলাদেশ জামায়াতে ইসলামী।
বাংলাদেশ জামায়াতে ইসলামীর পাঁচগাঁও ইউনিয়ন সভাপতি মাওলানা ইব্রাহিম খলিলের সভাপতিত্বে এবং সেক্রেটারি মাওলানা মো. আব্দুল্লাহর সঞ্চালনায় অনুষ্ঠানে বিশেষ অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন জামায়াতের নোয়াখালী জেলা সহকারী সেক্রেটারি মাওলানা দেলোয়ার হোসেন, চাটখিল উপজেলা জামায়াতের আমীর মাওলানা মহিউদ্দিন হাসান, পৌরসভা আমীর মাওলানা আক্তার হোসাইন, উপজেলা জামায়াতের নায়েবে আমীর মাওলানা ওমর ফারুক, উপজেলা জামায়াতের সেক্রেটারি নূর হোসাইন রিয়াজ, চাটখিল পৌরসভার নায়েবে আমির মাওলানা রাকিব উদ্দিন, উপজেলা সহকারী সেক্রেটারি হুমায়ুন কবির সুমন, উপজেলা জামায়াতের শুরা ও কর্মপরিষদ সদস্য গোলাম কিবরিয়া, শুরা ও কর্মপরিষদ সদস্য তাওহিদুল ইসলাম প্রমুখ।
